Heavy water jet loom 408 is It features an enlarged frame, which enhances the stability and aseismicity of the machine. This ensures high-quality fabric production. 408 series water jet loom is the frame of the whole machine is enlarged, which expands and the area of support of the beam. Therefore, the stability and aseismicity of the machine are greatly increased. The stability of beating-up is highly enhanced which guarantee the high quality of fabric.
The machine has been innovated and improved in the aspects of transmission, cam and shedding, let-off and take-up system, as a consequence, it is quite suitable for the hi-speed and stable weaving of heavy and hi-density fabric.
This machine can be equipped with single pump double nozzle (408B) electronic weft feeder, double pump double nozzle (408B-2P), double pump triple nozzle (408C2P) electronic weft feeder; it can be equipped with cam shedding device, dobby shedding device; also the electronic let-off and the electronic take-up.
